Over our history, DRA has invested extensively through joint ventures with both public and private real estate companies. Most of DRA's acquisitions have been made with joint venture partners who invest capital alongside the equity of DRA's Funds.

We provide JV equity across all product types, typically with vertically integrated operators with local market expertise. Building programmatic JVs is a fundamental key to DRA's platform.
